Job Description
A Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential solar and related services, with a focus on optimizing customer acquisition costs and managing digital channels and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the performance and strategy of the paid media portfolio.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Test and evaluate new marketing channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Analyze data to monitor lead volume, budget, and performance metrics.
- Be the primary accountable for paid lead generation and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically owning the performance and strategy of paid media campaigns, with a focus on generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
- Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation, with a strong obsession for optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation efforts.
- Experience managing digital marketing agencies.
- Skill in strategically testing new online and offline marketing channels.
- Proficiency in lead volume and budget reporting.
- Deep understanding of data analysis related to marketing performance and results.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to report to the Head of Marketing.
- Full-time availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
