The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Freedom Power is responsible for developing and optimizing email, SMS, and website marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer lifetime value through automation, data analysis, and creative campaigns focused on retention and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle and retention marketing strategies.
Manage owned channels such as email, SMS, and website to drive conversion and retention.
Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
Build and test automated marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and lifetime value.
Collaborate on strategic projects to enhance customer experience for homeowners in Texas and Florida.
Requirements
Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on lifecycle and retention marketing, demonstrating the ability to own strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing channels.
Experience in transforming owned channels primarily email, SMS, and website into automated engines for conversion and retention.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive measurable revenue growth and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Strong understanding of customer advocacy, data analysis, and creative strategy within marketing campaigns.
Experience building, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report to the Head of Marketing.
Experience in developing customer experience strategies for homeowner customers in Texas and Florida, specifically across solar power, home backup power, and HVAC products.
Full-time availability with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Salary is dependent on experience.
