Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
  • Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Meet sales KPIs and contribute to achieving company sales targets

Requirements

  • Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
  • Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
  • This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earning potential.
  • Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
  • Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average earning range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
  • Must be willing to work in a full-time W-2 position with a full-commission structure.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that emphasizes quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
  • Must demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed in sales activities.
  • Must be able to operate independently in the field, including in-home customer visits and consultations.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with potential customers during in-home visits.
  • Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, or be able to serve customers in these regions.
  • Must be willing to adhere to the company's core values including pride in quality craftsmanship, going above and beyond, putting people first, having a humble heart, giving a damn, and shooting straight.
