Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Meet sales KPIs and contribute to achieving company sales targets

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average earning range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be willing to work in a full-time W-2 position with a full-commission structure.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that emphasizes quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
Must demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed in sales activities.
Must be able to operate independently in the field, including in-home customer visits and consultations.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with potential customers during in-home visits.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, or be able to serve customers in these regions.
Must be willing to adhere to the company's core values including pride in quality craftsmanship, going above and beyond, putting people first, having a humble heart, giving a damn, and shooting straight.
