Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers based on their needs and suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer requirements
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
Meet sales KPIs to achieve and maximize earning potential

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer service.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be a W-2 employee working full-time in a commission-based role.
Must have the ability to work in a customer-facing, in-home environment to assess and design solar solutions.
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and advise customers effectively.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
