Job Description
A Performance Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential solar and related services, with a focus on data-driven optimization and managing digital channels to meet customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the performance and strategy of paid media campaigns
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services
- Manage digital agency relationships and oversee testing of new online and offline channels
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Own lead volume and budget reporting
Requirements
- Experience in managing and owning the performance and strategy of paid media portfolios, including digital channels, with a focus on generating a consistent, high-quality pipeline of leads for residential solar, HVAC, generator, and home battery services.
- Expertise in full-funnel, B2C lead generation, with a specific focus on optimizing for a target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Ability to be the single point of accountability for paid lead generation activities.
- Experience managing digital agencies and strategically testing new online and offline channels.
- Proficiency in lead volume and budget reporting, with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a relentless drive for results.
- Full-time, salaried employment with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Educational background or experience relevant to marketing, digital advertising, or related fields (implied, as the role requires expertise in digital media management and strategy).
