Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers based on their energy needs and suitability for solar solutions
Design and present customized solar energy solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate sales and ensure satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize earning potential
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for energy solutions and the ability to educate, qualify, and advise customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a full-commission, W-2 position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field activities.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must be able to work in a home environment, which may include physical demands such as standing, walking, and possibly lifting or carrying small equipment or materials as part of the sales process.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and advise homeowners effectively.
Must demonstrate a results-driven attitude and a hunger for success in sales.
Must be willing to join local Texas-rooted teams and work in-home with homeowners to promote solar and energy solutions.
