Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers throughout their solar journey
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This position is a W-2, full-commission role with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Once in the field, must meet company-given KPI expectations to maintain employment and earnings potential.
Must have the ability to work in a home environment, conducting in-home consultations with potential customers.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, serving residential customers in these states.
Must be able to operate as part of a customer-focused, turnkey solar installation team, supporting customers through the entire solar journey from marketing and sales to installation, service, and warranty coverage.
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on solar energy benefits.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
