Job Description
The VP, Loan Administration Manager oversees the growth and management of the Loan Administration teams, focusing on designing systems, managing risks, and ensuring excellent service for various loan portfolios, while also supporting people development and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the growth and management of the Loan Administration teams
- Design and implement systems and processes for loan administration
- Develop and document risks, controls, and procedures related to loan portfolios
- Ensure efficient and high-quality service for middle-market leveraged loans, healthcare asset-backed loans, lender finance loans, and structured real estate loans
- Assist in people development, growth, and management within the Administration group
Requirements
- Experience overseeing the growth and management of Loan Administration teams, including designing and implementing systems and processes related to middle-market leveraged loans, healthcare asset-backed loans, lender finance loans, and structured real estate loans.
- Ability to develop and document risks, controls, and procedures associated with loan administration functions.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing efficient and excellent service related to the company's loan portfolios.
- Experience in people development, growth, and management of a Loan Administration group.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, with the ability to perform duties in a remote or hybrid work environment at management discretion.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Proficiency in using hands and fingers for operational tasks.
- Ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Ability to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear communication with others.
- The candidate must meet the following educational and experience qualifications: a minimum of entry-level qualifications with a salary expectation starting at $125,000, and highly experienced candidates with a salary up to $135,000, depending on qualifications and prior experience.
