Job Description

The Training Instructional Design Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires in the digital banking team, collaborating with managers and subject matter experts to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing staff support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training for new hires in the digital banking team
Facilitate orientation sessions covering all workflows of the Digital Banking operations department
Support training initiatives and facilitate training sessions for staff
Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training gaps
Provide ongoing support to staff to ensure effective training and development

Requirements

Conduct comprehensive training for new hires to the digital banking team, including facilitating orientation for all workflows of the Digital Banking operations department.
Support training initiatives and facilitate training sessions for staff within the organization.
Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training gaps and ensure training is aligned with organizational goals.
Work primarily in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work through technology at management discretion.
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
Use hands and fingers regularly to operate computers, office machinery such as printers and scanners, and other technology.
Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform job functions.
Communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others as part of training and collaboration activities.
Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the core job description to support organizational efficiency.
