Job Description
The Director, Portfolio Management, Real Estate Finance, is responsible for overseeing the bank's real estate finance portfolio, ensuring loan performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting, while managing operational aspects related to the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Real Estate Finance portfolio, including loans and investments.
- Monitor loan performance and identify potential issues.
- Implement portfolio management actions to minimize risk of loss.
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely portfolio reports.
- Oversee operational aspects of Real Estate Finance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a Real Estate Finance portfolio, including monitoring loan performance, identifying potential issues, and minimizing the risk of loss for the Bank.
- Ability to contribute to portfolio reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely portfolio reports are prepared.
- Responsibility for overseeing Real Estate Finance operations to ensure all operational aspects have an owner who is engaged and effective in their role.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through the use of technology at management discretion.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Use of hands and fingers to operate technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with others.
