Job Description
The Deposit Operations Analyst, Digital Banking, is responsible for analyzing and improving deposit operations functions through trend analysis, risk control insights, and systemic process enhancements, working independently to deliver accurate outcomes and escalate issues as needed in a hybrid work environment near Washington DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and improve Deposit Operations functions through trend analysis and risk insights
- Perform day-to-day analysis of deposit operations data
- Deliver accurate and timely operational outcomes
- Recommend systemic improvements to processes and controls
- Support and escalate unresolved issues to leadership
- Apply judgment within procedural parameters to analytical deliverables
Requirements
- Be located within a reasonable proximity to the Washington DC Chevy Chase, Maryland area, and work in the office 2-3 days per week.
- Perform duties of this job in an office setting, with the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Use hands and fingers to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform analysis and other tasks.
- Communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
- Apply judgment within procedural parameters for assigned functions.
- Own specific day-to-day, task-driven analysis related to Deposit Operations functions.
- Deliver accurate and timely outcomes for assigned analysis tasks.
- Recommend systemic improvements to processes, controls, and recurring support needs based on analysis.
- Operate independently on analytical deliverables and escalate unresolved issues to leadership when necessary.
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the job description to ensure organizational efficiency.
