Job Description
The Senior Manager, Fraud Operations Loss Prevention in Digital Banking, leads the daily operations of the fraud prevention team, focusing on monitoring, process improvement, and supporting the implementation of new products and tools to prevent fraud and protect consumer clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Fraud Operations Loss Prevention team within Digital Banking.
- Manage back-office Fraud Monitoring processes to ensure effective detection and prevention of fraud.
- Improve and optimize fraud detection and loss prevention processes.
- Support the implementation of new products, services, and tools related to fraud prevention.
- Utilize strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership to meet team and client needs.
Requirements
- Experience leading the daily operations of a Fraud Operations Loss Prevention team within a Digital Banking department.
- Utilize strategic thinking, analytical skills, people and process management expertise, and leadership skills to ensure team performance and support internal team members.
- Manage back-office Fraud Monitoring processes within the Digital Banking Team, including process improvements and supporting the implementation of new products, services, and tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with others.
- Ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Use hands and fingers effectively to operate computers and other office equipment.
- Work primarily in an office setting, with potential for remote work at management discretion.
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the job description.
