The Senior Associate, Fraud Complaints, Solar Servicing is responsible for investigating and resolving complex fraud cases related to solar financing, protecting the bank from legal, financial, and reputational risks.

Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities
Requirements
Complete thorough investigations into complaints and suspected fraudulent activities, including those involving installer, borrower, sales representative, and first-party and third-party fraud.
Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through the use of technology at management discretion.
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time as required.
Use hands and fingers to operate office machinery such as printers and scanners.
Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform job duties.
Communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding any duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description to support organizational efficiency.
