Job Description
The Manager, Servicing Analytics is responsible for providing reports, insights, and predictive models to support loan portfolio performance and client service teams, identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of borrower behavior and servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reports, analytics, and insights to the Solar Servicing teams to support loan portfolio performance and client services.
- Analyze borrower repayment behavior, servicing processes, and portfolio trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop predictive models to forecast performance trends and inform response strategies.
Requirements
- Possess the ability to perform duties primarily in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing for remote work through the use of technology at management discretion.
- Be regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Use hands and fingers to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform job functions.
- Communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or related fields, with a preference for candidates with more extensive experience up to 10+ years.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as finance, economics, data science, or related discipline.
- Experience in building predictive models to anticipate performance trends and responses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze borrower repayment behavior, servicing processes, and portfolio trends.
- Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with loan portfolios, servicing, collections, or capital markets is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights through reports and analytics.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to banking and lending industries.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to perform additional duties outside of the primary job description as needed to support organizational efficiency.
