Job Description
The AVP, Systems Integration, Digital Banking is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the integration projects meet business and regulatory standards to support the bank's digital banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for digital banking systems
- Set technical direction and provide mentorship to engineering team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Drive architectural improvements and champion best practices in system integration
- Ensure integration projects comply with business and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions across the organization.
- Setting technical direction for systems integration and architecture improvements.
- Mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Driving architectural improvements and championing best practices in software development and system integration.
- Ensuring that integration projects meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of digital banking systems and integration processes.
- Ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers, scanners, etc., and communicate clearly verbally and in writing with others.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work at management discretion.
- Remaining in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
- Using hands and fingers to operate a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Possessing the ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Exhibiting a high level of flexibility regarding duties that may be situationally assigned outside of the job description.
