Job Description
The AVP, Servicing Product Lead, Digital Banking, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer servicing within the digital banking ecosystem, ensuring an exceptional client experience and operational efficiency through platform enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of servicing across the digital banking ecosystem
- Own end-to-end servicing solutions to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the servicing tech lead to drive platform enhancements and deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- The candidate must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- The candidate must have the ability to use hands and fingers effectively.
- The candidate must have the ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The candidate must have the ability to operate technology or other office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The candidate must be able to communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
- The candidate must have experience leading all aspects of servicing across a digital banking ecosystem, including end-to-end ownership of servicing solutions.
- The candidate must have experience ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency in a banking or financial services environment.
- The candidate must have experience working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field (implied by the seniority of the role).
- The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to drive platform enhancements and collaborate with technical teams.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of managing or leading servicing solutions within digital banking or similar platforms.
- The candidate must be capable of working primarily in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work at management discretion.
- The candidate must be able to perform duties that may include operating office machinery and communicating effectively in a professional environment.
