The Analyst, Operations Quality Control in Digital Banking supports the execution of quality control processes by performing detailed process reviews, evaluating internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and verifying adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed process reviews in accordance with the annual testing schedule
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls during process reviews
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Validate alignment of processes with established policies and procedures
Requirements
Support the Senior Manager in executing the Digital Banking Operations Quality Control program by performing detailed process reviews in accordance with an annual testing schedule.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls during process reviews.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements during process reviews.
Validate alignment of processes with established policies and procedures.
Perform duties primarily in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing job duties.
Use hands and fingers regularly during work activities.
Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform tasks.
Operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
