A senior engineer responsible for developing and optimizing next-generation solid-state battery cells, including design, validation, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to advance energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate next-generation power cell products based on technical roadmaps and customer requirements.
Lead new product introduction (NPI), including document preparation, sample building, and issue resolution.
Support the development of battery materials such as cathodes, anodes, separators, and binders.
Collaborate with other departments to address cell product-related issues.
Engage in customer communication and discussions related to new product development.
Requirements
At least a master's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of power cell or drone cell product development experience.
Knowledge of lithium-ion battery and lithium metal battery very well.
Ability to lead the product development independently.
Good FA problem solving and data analysis capability.
Good communication skills in English.
Rich experience in customer communication.
