- Experience or expertise in at least one of the following high-priority profiles: Engineering (Software Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, ML Engineer), Science (Data Scientist, Research Scientist, ML Scientist, Quantitative Analyst), Commercial (Energy Trader, Portfolio Manager, Energy Trading Analyst), Product (Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, Technical Product Manager)
- Deep industry expertise in energy-specific commercial structuring, power systems engineering, machine learning, computational research, operations research, distributed and compute-intensive infrastructure, or modern software ML engineering
- Experience in designing, building, and combining technical components of a platform at a scale suitable for global impact (implied by the company's focus on global scale and climate impact)
