The HRIS Analyst supports and manages HR technology systems, provides data analytics and reporting, and collaborates with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and systems within a fast-growing renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain HRIS systems, including data analytics and reporting for HR teams.
Analyze HR data to identify trends related to recruitment, hiring, motivation, and turnover.
Assist in implementing new HR system functionalities, including requirements gathering, testing, and user training.
Coordinate system upgrades and fixes in collaboration with technical teams.
Document HR processes and system-related results.
Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
Provide user support and training to HR staff for effective system utilization.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing an HRIS system such as Workday, UltiPro, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Expertise in process design and documentation, requirements gathering, test scenario development, test planning and execution.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with HR systems, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong Power BI reporting skills.
Highly motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to troubleshoot issues using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business operations and how to apply HRIS strategy to drive performance outcomes.
Exceptional computer skills and proficiency with HR systems.
Ability to support data analytics and reporting requirements for HR teams, including weekly and monthly reports and real-time data requests.
Ability to analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, and turnover.
Experience supporting the implementation of new HR system functionality, including requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and end-user training and adoption.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with functional and technical resources to coordinate application upgrades or fixes.
Ability to document processes and results.
Experience preparing project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
Ability to assist HR users to effectively utilize HR systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to various groups.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process engineering skills.
Strong analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
