Job Description
The Sr. Director, Clinical Development at Enveda leads the clinical development process, ensuring the advancement of natural compounds into clinical trials, and accelerates the company's mission to bring innovative medicines from discovery to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical development activities to advance drug candidates from preclinical stages to clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the clinical development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and oversee clinical trial protocols.
- Manage and oversee clinical trial operations, including vendor selection and management.
- Develop and execute strategies for clinical development plans to accelerate drug progression.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical development teams and external partners.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
Requirements
- Expertise in clinical development and regulatory guidelines relevant to drug development.
- Experience in accelerating the process of bringing drugs from the bench to the clinic.
- Ability to lead and oversee clinical development activities at a senior level, including managing teams and projects.
- Proven track record of delivering drugs to Phase 1 Clinical Trials.
- Strong understanding of natural compounds and their transformation into medicines (implied by the company's focus).
