Job Description
The VP of Business Development is responsible for forging strategic partnerships to accelerate Enveda's drug discovery pipeline, translating scientific innovations into collaborations with biotech, pharma, and healthcare stakeholders to develop natural compound-based medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge and lead strategic partnerships to support Enveda's discovery and development pipeline
- Identify, negotiate, and execute collaborations with biotech, pharma, and healthcare stakeholders
- Translate scientific innovations into partnership opportunities to accelerate drug discovery
Requirements
- Experience leading the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships across discovery and development pipelines in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of translating cutting-edge science into collaborations with biotech, pharma, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to forge transformational partnerships that accelerate drug discovery and development processes.
- Experience in business development roles within the life sciences or healthcare sectors, with a focus on natural compounds or drug discovery.
- Strong understanding of the drug discovery and development pipeline, including early-stage clinical trials and collaboration with research teams.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain high-level partnerships.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic growth initiatives in a remote work environment.
- Educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or a related field (implied by the role's focus on science translation and partnerships).

Salary range: 350,000-400,000 total annual cash compensation
