Job Description
The Program Strategy Operations Director at Enveda is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to therapeutic program teams, transforming cross-functional information into effective strategies, and accelerating the development of natural-product-derived medicines to bring innovative treatments to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to asset teams driving therapeutic programs
- Transform cross-functional information into actionable strategy and ensure high-quality, timely execution
- Coordinate and support the progress of natural-product-derived medicines from development to patient delivery
Requirements
- Experience in strategic and operational roles, specifically as a Program Strategy Operations leader or equivalent, with a focus on managing therapeutic programs and transforming cross-functional information into strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic and operational copilot to asset teams or similar groups involved in drug discovery or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating complex projects or programs that involve multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of drug discovery processes, especially related to natural-product-derived medicines, and the ability to influence program timelines and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to act as the connective tissue across asset teams and facilitate high-quality, faster execution of projects.
- A passion for innovation and impact in the field of drug discovery or related life sciences sectors.
- Ability to work remotely in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and innovative environment.
