Job Description
EnergyHub is seeking an experienced VP of Product to lead the company's product vision, strategy, and platform evolution for enterprise SaaS solutions in the energy sector, driving customer and business impact through scalable and innovative technology development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and articulate the company's product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Set product priorities and make high-impact trade-offs to drive customer and business outcomes
- Lead the evolution of the platform to support scale, reuse, and long-term leverage
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization
Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy.
- Strong business ownership mindset and product business acumen.
- Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystems.
- Ability to articulate and own the company's product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Experience setting product priorities and making high-impact trade-offs to drive customer and business outcomes.
- Experience leading the evolution of a platform to support scale, reuse, and long-term leverage.
- Ability to partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver high-quality products.
- Experience building, leading, and scaling a high-performing product organization.
- Executive presence with the ability to align and influence senior stakeholders and customers.
