Job Description
The role involves managing and developing data and analytics products for EnergyHub, focusing on uncovering insights, defining features, and aligning product strategies to support the company's mission of creating a sustainable, smart energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, build, launch, document, and iterate on new product features based on hypotheses and validation
- Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and cross-functional input
- Test and refine product strategy to align with customer needs and market gaps
- Translate strategic direction into concrete product requirements
- Balance long-term strategic bets with short-term improvements to optimize learning and impact
Requirements
- Five years of software product management experience or equivalent transferable experience with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions.
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style.
- Data analysis skills, including the ability to write SQL queries and experience with business intelligence analytics tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions.
- Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact.
