Job Description
The Customer Programs Support Associate at EnergyHub provides technical and customer support for utility and consumer energy programs, managing support tickets, assisting program participants, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of energy management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide email support for program applicants and participants
- Offer 2nd and 3rd line support to utility program staff and partner customer support teams
- Manage a trouble ticket queue from issue report to resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify systemic issues and suggest improvements
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on support activity
Requirements
- Experience in a customer support and or process management role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a big plus
