Job Description

The Technology Project Manager II - AI Initiatives at Energy Solutions is responsible for coordinating the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI-focused technology projects across the enterprise, working closely with IT and business teams to implement AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate AI projects from concept through deployment, including pilots and implementation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
Research, evaluate, and recommend AI technologies and vendors based on project requirements.
Lead cross-functional AI pilot initiatives and assess their outcomes.
Document technical requirements, usage scenarios, and best practices for AI tools.
Manage organizational change and ensure adoption of AI solutions.
Maintain records of AI tools, policies, and procedural documentation.
Provide progress reports and insights to senior leadership.
Partner with Learning and Development to create and facilitate staff training on AI solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology project management, IT, or digital transformation.
Experience managing data and application security in AI platforms.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
Skilled in translating technical details into accessible language for business audiences.
Highly effective engagement and communication skills with an emphasis on presenting technical concepts to a variety of project stakeholders.
Exceptionally organized and able to balance multiple priorities, meet timelines and budget, and proactively escalate scope, schedule, and budget risks.
Ability to work effectively independently with minimum supervision.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range: 92,058 - 118,019 with a target compensation of 100,000 - 110,000 based on experience and qualifications
