Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Energy Solutions is responsible for leading recruitment efforts, developing strategies to attract top talent, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support the company's growth and mission in clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, motivation, and development opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies using various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with analytics and leadership to review recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employment opportunities.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory managerial experience preferably within the talent acquisition space.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, fair hiring practices, employment law and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in using recruiting data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skills using social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all recruitment activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to see the big, long-range picture when developing plans or making recommendations or decisions.
  • Employs a solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Works with a sense of urgency and is proactive in ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Willingness to perform background checks, including a compulsory background check, drug screening, and verification of authorization to work in the U.S.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Hybrid work schedule with at least 1 day per week onsite (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility
