Job Description
A full-time role supporting the implementation of building electrification programs, focusing on market transformation and policy in California, involving technical research, project coordination, and stakeholder communication within an energy solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with program implementation and design for building electrification initiatives
- Conduct technology research and energy savings calculations
- Facilitate and monitor project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate meetings and conference calls with internal teams and clients
- Coordinate implementation activities between technical teams and stakeholders
- Configure program changes on proprietary software platforms
- Debug, reproduce, document, and resolve support issues for web applications
- Create visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with no degree.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis, with knowledge of data science and/or experience with information systems management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus.
- Ability to work and thrive independently and juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent personal accountability.
- Ability to assist with program implementation and design, including technology research and literature searches, energy savings calculation, and facilitating project progress.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders and/or clients.
- Experience in coordinating implementation activities between internal technical teams and consulting stakeholders.
- Experience in configuring program changes on proprietary software platforms.
- Experience working with internal clients to debug, reproduce, document, and fix support problems for production web application systems.
- Ability to create visualizations and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau.

Compensation range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
