Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by sourcing, recruiting, onboarding top talent, managing applicant data, and providing administrative support to ensure the company's hiring goals and culture are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner and HR team in driving strategic talent solutions and initiatives across departments
- Source, recruit, and onboard top talent to meet business goals and enhance company culture
- Manage recruitment operations and maintain candidate data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
- Communicate candidate status updates and create recruitment analytics
- Perform general recruitment administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet business goals and enrich company culture.
- Ability to manage recruitment operations and maintain records and candidate data integrity within Lever, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience in communicating candidate status updates effectively to hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to create and analyze recruitment analytics to support talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in performing general recruitment administrative tasks.
- Experience supporting talent solutions and initiatives across all corporate departments, including internship programs.
- Ability to serve as a primary support to the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) and work closely with the Human Resources team.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills for candidate updates and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to equal opportunity employment and non-discrimination policies.
