Job Description
The Director of Property Operations, Commercial is responsible for overseeing the daily management, financial performance, and operational standards of a large portfolio of NYC office properties, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a 5.2 million square foot portfolio of NYC office properties
- Drive consistent execution, strong financial performance, and asset alignment
- Manage property management teams, financial performance, and capital initiatives
- Ensure operational standards and accountability across all assets
- Maintain high-performing, efficient assets
- Support the VP of Property Management in strategic and organizational priorities
Requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5.2 million square foot portfolio of New York City office properties.
- Report directly to the Vice President, Property Management and serve as a key operational partner.
- Drive consistent execution, strong financial performance, and alignment across all assets within the portfolio.
- Oversee property management teams, financial performance, and capital initiatives.
- Drive accountability and operational standards across the portfolio.
- Maintain efficient, high-performing assets.
- Enable the VP, Property Management to focus on broader strategic and organizational priorities.
