Job Description
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for developing and executing data-driven revenue optimization strategies by analyzing complex datasets, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable insights to support the company's financial performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify performance trends
- Develop and execute data-driven revenue optimization strategies
- Produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support NOI growth
- Partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities
- Monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, revenue management, or a similar role, with a focus on analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Ability to identify performance trends, produce actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations to support optimizing Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Experience partnering with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
- Experience monitoring and refining key performance indicators (KPIs).
