Job Description

The Property Management Intern supports the property management and operations team with daily building functions, administrative tasks, data updates, and technology initiatives, while participating in inspections, budgeting, sustainability efforts, and meetings to ensure efficient building operations and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Management and Operations team with day-to-day building functions
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including contract and purchase order preparation
  • Update data and contribute to technology initiatives, including AI projects
  • Participate in building inspections and budget preparation
  • Contribute to sustainability efforts and research
  • Assist in preparing reports and developing presentations
  • Attend tenant and project meetings
  • Contribute to the analysis of proposed building improvement projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree relevant to property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
  • Ability to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY and 350 5th Avenue, Empire State Building.
  • Strong administrative skills to assist with contract and purchase order preparation, data updates, and technology initiatives including AI-related projects.
  • Ability to participate in building inspections, support budget preparation, and contribute to sustainability efforts, research, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and attending tenant and project meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support tenant relations and team collaboration.
