Job Description
The Client Value Partner at Celonis is responsible for leading strategic customer engagements, driving business transformation through process intelligence solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders to maximize value and adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer engagement programs to ensure value realization and adoption of Celonis platform
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders and align them with business transformation goals
- Drive end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, and renewing customer accounts
- Mentor customers and internal teams on organizational design and adoption strategies
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather feedback and promote thought leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute value plans and program roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing stakeholders through industry expertise and product knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry.
- MBA degree is strongly preferred.
- Advanced industry expertise in Retail and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Extensive experience in achieving business objectives through the deployment of software solutions.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence.
- Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
