Job Description

The Property Management Intern supports the property management and operations team with daily tasks such as administrative work, building inspections, budget and sustainability projects, and technology initiatives, including AI-related efforts, to ensure efficient building operations and strong tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Management and Operations team with daily building operations and tenant relations
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including contract and purchase order preparation
  • Update data and contribute to technology initiatives, including AI-related projects
  • Participate in building inspections and budget preparation
  • Contribute to sustainability efforts and research activities
  • Assist in preparing reports and developing presentations
  • Attend tenant and project meetings
  • Contribute to the analysis of proposed building improvement projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree related to property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to commit to full-time work for 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
  • Willingness to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY and 350 5th Avenue, Empire State Building.
  • Strong administrative skills to assist with tasks such as contract and purchase order preparation, data updates, and supporting technology initiatives including AI-related projects.
  • Ability to participate in building inspections, assist with budget preparation, and contribute to sustainability efforts, research, and reporting activities.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and attending tenant and project meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills to support strong tenant relations and team collaboration.
