Job Description
The role involves working with clients to implement Celonis Process Mining solutions, analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging advanced features like Machine Learning and Process Automation to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Celonis implementation solutions that meet customer needs and address pain points
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
