The Project Management Office Intern will support PMO initiatives by assisting with process improvements, documentation, and resource accessibility, while gaining exposure to project governance and operational efficiency within the organization.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree relevant to project management, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to support full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
Onsite availability at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY for the duration of the internship.
Strong interest in project structure, governance, and PMO tools.
Ability to contribute to process improvement efforts, support documentation and knowledge-management activities, and assist in enhancing accessibility to PMO resources.
Ability to help develop solutions that improve user engagement, reporting capabilities, and overall operational efficiency across the organization.
