Job Description

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for developing and executing data-driven revenue optimization strategies by analyzing large datasets, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable insights to support the company's financial and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven revenue optimization strategies
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify performance trends
  • Produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations to maximize NOI
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities
  • Monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • The candidate must have the ability to analyze large and complex datasets to identify performance trends, produce actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that support optimizing Net Operating Income (NOI).
  • The candidate must have experience in developing and executing data-driven revenue optimization strategies as part of a Revenue Management team.
  • The candidate must be able to partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
  • The candidate must have experience in monitoring and refining key performance indicators (KPIs).
