The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the company's compensation, benefits, and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Total Rewards program, including payroll, benefits, and 401K.
Manage and develop direct reports to ensure achievement of business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with multiple departments to secure buy-in and alignment on Total Rewards initiatives.
Drive efficiency in Total Rewards processes and programs.
Requirements
Proven track record with the ability to manage direct reports, deliver measurable business outcomes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.
Experience in leading the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of a Total Rewards program, including payroll compensation, benefits, 401K, and related areas.
Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from all departments within the organization.
Strong leadership skills to oversee and manage a team responsible for Total Rewards functions.
Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Experience in developing and executing strategies that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Total Rewards programs.
