Job Description
The Property Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties, managing on-site teams and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards to deliver a top-tier living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations and financial performance of multifamily residential properties
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Oversee on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and concierge staff

Requirements
- Proven track record in residential property management, team leadership, and delivering strong financial and operational results.
- Experience managing day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and concierge services.

- Strong understanding of compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards related to property management.
