The Project Management Office Intern will support PMO initiatives by assisting with process improvements, documentation, and resource accessibility, while gaining exposure to project governance, tools, and operational efficiency efforts within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support PMO initiatives and project structure.
Contribute to process improvement efforts.
Assist in documentation and knowledge-management activities.
Enhance accessibility to PMO resources.
Develop solutions to improve user engagement and reporting capabilities.
Help improve overall operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
The candidate must be enrolled in or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program related to Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
The candidate must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
The candidate must be willing to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY.
The candidate must have strong organizational skills to support documentation and knowledge-management activities.
The candidate must have the ability to contribute to process improvement efforts and support development of solutions to improve user engagement, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
The candidate must have good communication skills to assist in enhancing accessibility to PMO resources and support project governance and tools.
The candidate must demonstrate a keen interest in project management, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
