Job Description
The OTA Strategy Revenue Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the online travel agency presence of the Empire State Building Observatory, developing strategic partnerships, analyzing market performance, and working with internal teams to maximize bookings and revenue across OTA platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the presence of The Empire State Building Observatory across all major online travel agencies.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with OTAs to enhance visibility and revenue.
- Analyze OTA and market performance data to optimize revenue and increase market share.
- Align OTA strategies with the company's overall e-commerce strategy.
- Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to drive bookings and maximize revenue.
- Maintain brand standards across all OTA platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in OTA channel management, rate strategy, content optimization, and performance analysis.
- Ability to manage and optimize the presence of The Empire State Build Observatory across all major online travel agencies.
- Experience in cultivating strategic partnerships with online travel agencies.
- Ability to analyze OTA and market performance to optimize revenues and capture market share.
- Experience working closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to drive bookings and maximize revenue.
- Ability to maintain brand standards across all OTA platforms.
