Job Description
The Observatory Operations Intern supports guest experience initiatives at the Empire State Building's observatory by analyzing visitor journeys, identifying operational improvements, and leveraging AI tools to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain its status as a top attraction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onsite guest experience initiatives at the Observatory.
- Analyze the visitor journey to identify operational improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the guest experience and maintain attraction rankings.
Requirements
- The candidate must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
- The internship position requires onsite presence at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY.
- The candidate should have an interest in guest experience initiatives and analyzing visitor journeys.
- The candidate must be capable of identifying operational improvements based on visitor experience analysis.
- The candidate should have the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance customer experience and maintain the attraction's status as the 1 Top Attraction in the US.
