Job Description

The role involves driving new business growth by acquiring enterprise clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and demonstrating how Celonis' Process Intelligence platform can address their operational needs. It requires navigating complex sales cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address them.
  • Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product value.
  • Build partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 firms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a hunter in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • 15 years of experience in selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Effective and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in English.
