Job Description
The Multifamily Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and leading property operations strategies, supervising on-site staff, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, and ensuring efficient and profitable management of the multifamily real estate portfolio while collaborating with senior leadership to support portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead property operations strategies for the multifamily portfolio
- Supervise on-site building staff and superintendents
- Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Manage properties efficiently and profitably in line with ownership goals
- Act as a liaison between on-site teams and Asset Management
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support portfolio growth
- Establish robust processes and build a strong property management team
Requirements
- Develop and lead property operations strategies for the designated multifamily real estate portfolio.
- Supervise on-site building staff and superintendents to ensure effective property management.
- Coordinate maintenance and capital projects of the multifamily properties.
- Ensure properties are managed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with ownership objectives.
- Act as a liaison between on-site property teams and Asset Management, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the growth of ESRT's multifamily portfolio.
- Establish robust processes and a strong team for effective property management.
