Job Description
The Investment Analyst supports all phases of the investment process for office, retail, and residential assets, focusing on financial analysis, transaction support, and due diligence to help the team identify and manage investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities.
- Support transaction processes including underwriting and due diligence.
- Assist in team organization and logistics related to investment activities.
- Provide ongoing support in asset management activities.
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in financial analysis, transaction support, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management related to real estate investments.
- The candidate must be able to support all phases of the investment process, including financial analysis, transaction support, team organization and logistics, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management.
- The candidate must have the ability to provide support over time in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management activities.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills to support team logistics and transaction processes.
