Job Description
The position involves supporting the operations and growth of Empire State Realty Trust by contributing to property management, development, or related activities within their portfolio of iconic and modernized real estate assets in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of office, retail, and residential assets within the portfolio.
- Ensure properties are well-leased, maintained, and meet quality standards.
- Implement and promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across properties.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure optimal property condition.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets for assigned properties.
