Job Description
The Events Intern will assist the ESRT Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various internal and external events, providing support with event logistics, digital content, performance tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events
- Maintain event calendars and organize inventory and supplies
- Assist with digital content creation and support digital content needs
- Track and analyze event performance
- Conduct research on industry trends related to events
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth event operations and brand consistency
Requirements
- The candidate must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from June 1st, 2026, until August 7th, 2026.
- The candidate must be able to support the ESRT Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events.
- The candidate must help maintain event calendars, organize inventory and supplies, support digital content needs, track event performance, and conduct research on industry trends.
- The candidate must provide general administrative and project support to ensure smooth event operations and consistent brand execution.
- The candidate must be able to work onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York, NY.
