Job Description
The Engineer will support the engineering team in managing mechanical operations, plumbing, and energy management systems to optimize building performance and value at the Empire State Building and other properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing mechanical operations, plumbing, and energy management programs.
- Ensure building management standards and property operating objectives are met.
- Support the optimization of building systems to maximize property value.
