Job Description
The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the company's compensation, benefits, and retirement programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Total Rewards program.
- Manage payroll compensation, benefits, 401K, and related areas.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and buy-in on Total Rewards initiatives.
- Manage direct reports and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Drive efficiency in the administration and management of the Total Rewards programs.
Requirements
- Proven track record with the ability to manage direct reports, deliver measurable business outcomes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.
- Experience in leading the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of a Total Rewards program, including payroll compensation, benefits, and 401K.
- Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from all departments within the organization.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee and guide the Total Rewards team.
- Experience working with senior executives, specifically reporting to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer and SVP, HR Strategy Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies for employee compensation, benefits, and retirement plans.
- Ability to deliver measurable business outcomes related to Total Rewards initiatives.
- Experience in driving efficiency within HR and compensation processes.
- Educational background or experience sufficient to lead a comprehensive Total Rewards program (specific degree or years of experience not explicitly stated but implied).
