The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for managing and optimizing the Empire State Building and ESRT websites as key revenue channels, leading digital strategy, testing, and performance marketing efforts to drive measurable growth and maximize ROI across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the performance, conversion, and continuous improvement of the Empire State Building and ESRT websites as primary revenue channels.
Develop and lead website strategy, including structured testing and digital acquisition initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end digital marketing funnel, including website experience, paid media strategy, SEO, OTA performance, and conversion optimization.
Oversee external digital advertising agency and run rigorous testing programs to improve marketing efficiency.
Apply analytics and AI-driven tools to scale demand, improve ROI, and maximize performance across paid and organic channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, website strategy, structured testing, and digital acquisition with a focus on driving measurable revenue growth through disciplined experimentation and performance marketing.
Ownership and management of the end-to-end digital funnel, including website experience, paid media strategy, SEO AEO, OTA performance, and conversion optimization.
Experience leading external digital advertising agencies and running rigorous testing programs.
Ability to apply analytics and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, scale demand, and maximize ROI across paid and organic channels.
Demonstrated ability to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and continuous improvement of digital channels.
